We welcome submissions from scholars, researchers, and practitioners across the globe who are engaged in advancing medical knowledge and practice, particularly from the Middle East and Arab region.

Submission Guidelines:

1. Scope of Journal: MEJMMS publishes original research articles, including, but not limited to, review article, systematic review, meta-analysis, case report, case series, technical paper, perspective, commentary, editorial, conference paper, protocol paper, thesis/dissertation, opinion paper, covering a wide range of topics in medicine and medical sciences, including, but not limited, to internal medicine, nutrition and dietetics, critical care, anesthesia, biochemistry and microbiology, molecular biology and genetics, hepatology, cardiology, nephrology, transplant medicine, psychiatry, clinical research, public health, medical education, pharmacology, and healthcare management.
2. Originality: Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
3. Formatting: Manuscripts should be prepared according to the journal’s formatting guidelines. This includes requirements for structure, referencing style, and any specific instructions for figures, tables, and supplementary materials.
4. Language: Articles should be written in English.
5. Peer Review: All submissions undergo rigorous peer review by experts in the field to ensure high quality and relevance to the journal’s scope. Authors can expect constructive feedback aimed at enhancing the clarity, validity, and significance of their work.
6. Ethical Standards: Authors are expected to adhere to ethical standards in research and publication, including proper citation of sources, disclosure of conflicts of interest, and protection of human and animal subjects.

Submission Process:

1. Online Submission: Currently, authors are required to submit their manuscripts through email. To avoid confusion and delays, please note that the email subject should be formatted as follows: [SUBMISSION]: Article Name, Corresponding Author. We are working on an online platform to facilitate the submission and streamline the publication process.
2. Peer Review: Upon submission, manuscripts will be assigned to qualified reviewers who will evaluate the content based on its originality, scientific merit, methodology, clarity, and significance.
3. Editorial Decision: Following peer review, authors will be notified of the editorial decision, which may include acceptance, revision, or rejection. Authors of accepted manuscripts will receive further instructions regarding the production process.
4. Publication: Accepted articles will be published online on a rolling basis, ensuring rapid dissemination of new research findings to the scientific community and beyond.
5. Time frame: We strive to get papers published as quickly as possible. The usual time frame is 14 to 21 working days, from reception to final decision. This process includes an editor’s review, peer review, and production if your paper is accepted.
