Article Processing Charges

Our mission is to facilitate and promote research in the Middle East and Arab region. To achieve this goal, we have structured our Article Processing Charges (APCs) based on the World Bank income classification.

This classification ensures that our fees are fair and accessible, particularly for researchers from lower- and middle-income countries.

You can view the World Bank income classification here.

The fees are determined by the country of the corresponding author’s affiliation, ensuring an equitable approach to supporting researchers globally. The APCs collected are used to cover essential expenses such as:

  1. Editors’ fees
  2. Website hosting and maintenance
  3. Marketing and market research

Our APC structure is as follows:

  • Low-income economies: 200 USD per article
  • Lower-middle-income economies: 300 USD per article
  • Upper-middle-income economies: 400 USD per article
  • High-income economies: 800 USD per article

This categorization aims to assist researchers from lower- and middle-income countries by reducing financial barriers that often prevent good research from being published in reputable journals. By adjusting our APCs, we strive to ensure that high-quality research can reach the publication stage, regardless of the authors’ economic background.

We look forward to receiving your research submissions and supporting your work towards publication!
